Facility Management Specialist (Apprenticeship)
Your new tasks
- Cleaning of interiors, facades and outdoor areas
- Proper disposal and recycling of waste
- Monitoring, operation and simple maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitary and electrical systems
- Repair of minor damages to buildings
- Care of lawns, trees and shrubs as well as maintenance of paths and squares
- Carrying out winter service work
