YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Junior Brand Control & Pricing Specialist, based in Stabio, you will bring your unique strengths to the team helping us support the team in management control activities and in the preparation of sales price lists, ensuring alignment with the Company’s pricing strategy.

You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

More specifically you will:

WHO YOU ARE

• Conduct periodic profitability analyses by brand and product, covering Budget, Forecast, and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare controlling reports in accordance with the Company’s standards, formats, and reporting guidelines.
• Develop and maintain sales price lists across brands, markets, and distribution channels.
• Review and ensure consistency of price lists with the Company’s pricing strategy and policies.
• Manage price change requests and resolve missing price issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Brand Management and Customer Service.
• Maintain and update the price list generation system, ensuring the accuracy of pricing parameters and margin calculations.
• Prepare periodic pricing and price positioning reports.
• Perform price positioning analyses, what-if scenario simulations, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic pricing decisions.

• You bring 2+ years of experience in the role (or similar);
• Degree in Economics, Finance (or similar);
• You’re skilled in Excel and SAP;
• You’re known for your interpersonal and teamwork skills and it shows in how you work with others;
• You communicate fluently in English
