• You advise our customers in a friendly, competent, and heartfelt manner – both in-store and by phone
• You create an attractive store appearance and ensure an inviting product presentation
• You actively sell our products and operate the cash register reliably and accurately
• You manage the assortment, handle orders, and take care of the goods flow from goods receipt to inventory
• You take on tasks in logistics, including processing our online orders
• You assist with maintenance work around the gas station, building, and operational facilities
• You pay attention to safety, order, and cleanliness – because a well-kept workplace is also enjoyable

• Completed vocational training in retail EFZ (Polynatura training is an advantage)
• Further training or experience in logistics and manual skills
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and confident appearance
• Independent working style, resilient and flexible regarding work assignments
• Driver's license category B / forklift license is an advantage
• Communicative, motivated & team player
• Good PC skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (including Swiss German)
