Medical Practice Assistant / Health Professional (40 - 50 %)
As part of the further expansion of our outpatient clinic, evening and/or Saturday consultations will also be offered in future by arrangement.
In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for patients, referrers and doctors. You ensure a smooth practice and consultation process and take on both organisational and medical tasks.
Your Challenge
- Competent care of patients, referrers and doctors – personally, by phone and in writing
- Support of doctors during consultations as well as planning and coordination of appointments using an electronic calendar
- Carrying out diagnostic and nursing activities such as blood sampling (venous and capillary), glucose tolerance tests, vaccinations, injections, CTG checks and recording vital parameters
- Setting up and monitoring infusions
- Organisation and coordination of direct hospital admissions in cooperation with referring doctors
- Interface function between the medical team and bed management
- Responsibility for daily mail processing as well as the management, archiving and provision of patient records
- Participation in general practice administration and ensuring efficient processes in everyday practice
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Professional, experience in gynaecology is an advantage
- Good IT user skills including electronic calendar and patient record
- Confident use of medical terminology
- High professional and social competence as well as resilience
- Team-oriented, motivated, flexible, committed and empathetic personality
