Company DescriptionAt Flexsis Lucerne, we are a small, dedicated team of three people bringing together individuals and companies. Our daily goal is to find the right employees for our clients while supporting candidates on their professional journey.
Since we are a small team, everyone takes responsibility and can actively contribute. That is exactly why we want to expand our team with an intern who is eager to help build a new area and bring in their own ideas.
Job DescriptionRecruiting & Job Placement
- Support in searching for suitable candidates
- Review applications and establish initial contacts
- Contact candidates by phone
- Assist with interviews and discussions
- Search for suitable profiles for our clients
- Edit and present job offers
- Help to further expand our candidate base
Social Media
- Build and develop our social media channels
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
- Create posts, reels, stories and short videos
- Provide insights into our daily work and the world of job placement
- Creatively present jobs and exciting opportunities
- Identify trends and utilise them for Flexsis
- Manage the community and interact with followers
- Develop a suitable social media strategy together with the team
- Analyse which content works well and develop new ideas from it
Team Support
- Assist in the daily business of personnel placement
- Telephone and administrative tasks
- Support various projects
- Contribute own ideas and take responsibility for projects
