Who are we?
CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us! How will you contribute and grow?
Your workplace is located at one of our sites (Rümlang, Rupperswil, Domdidier, Wiler) with regular travel activity (approx. 40%) to our sites in Switzerland.
Further development and maintenance of our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program in close cooperation with our risk and quality management to jointly implement a concept for continuous improvement at all our sites.
Advising our managers on health and safety issues, avoiding risks by tracking concrete action plans at our operational sites to protect our employees and assets.
Workplace hazard analysis with the goal of safe working by adhering to life-saving rules and strengthening the safety culture within the organization.
Incident oversight: investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents, definition and tracking of an effective action plan.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations, cooperation with supervisory authorities to always ensure compliance with safety-relevant regulations in our company.
Development and implementation of Employee & Site Security (object security) plans
Are you a match?
After training, e.g. in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering, you have gained operational experience, preferably in production in the chemical industry.
You have completed further training in occupational safety and health protection (at least specialist for occupational safety & health protection with federal FA or equivalent qualification).
You convince with your ability to advance health and safety topics within the company.
One of your strengths lies in communication, moderation, and presentation of safety-relevant content and you inspire people to follow you on your results-oriented path.
You have an understanding of regulatory requirements (9001, 14001, 45001,)
With high self-motivation, you find your way well in our team-oriented, collaborative environment and enjoy actively shaping our company’s success.
Good German and English skills, spoken and written.
