Your mission:
- Verify and clarify the obligation to provide services (LAMal and LCA)
- Check and settle outpatient invoices and, if necessary, request corrections
- Analyze and manage payment guarantee requests
- Write letters independently while respecting Sanitas standards
- Be the privileged contact person for insured persons, service providers, and authorities for complex questions
Your profile:
- You have a sense of responsibility and work using effective and precise methods
- You place great importance on customers and service quality
- You have training in the paramedical field or training complemented by basic medical knowledge
- You have several years of professional experience within a health insurance company or persons
- You are a native French speaker and have professional German skills (minimum B2), knowledge of Italian or English would be an asset
