Your future areas of responsibility

• Technical and personnel management of the production team in the injection moulding area
• Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quality, deadlines and efficiency
• Deployment and resource planning (personnel, machines and equipment)
• Introduction, training and further development of employees
• Conducting employee appraisals and supporting personnel matters
• Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows (CIP)
• Setting up and programming injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment
• Participation in sampling, process optimisation and automation projects
• Ensuring quality requirements and handling complaints
• Close cooperation with quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking and logistics

Your skills and competencies

• 
  Completed training as a plastic technologist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
  
  
• Leadership experience in industrial plastic production is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in injection moulding and the manufacture of plastic parts
• Experience in optimising production processes and lean management
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Languages

• You have fluent German skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
