Deputy Practice Manager 80 - 100% M/F

Buonaserstrasse 7, 6343 Rotkreuz Permanent employment contract

TASKS

• Team leader
• Control of daily performance
• Creation of duty rosters
• Managing the telephone
• Appointment management, agenda
• Reception, consultation and information for patients
• Various administrative tasks (transmission, reporting, etc.)
• Assistance at the treatment chair
• Appointment management
• Agenda management

PROFILE

Education

Federal diploma as a dental assistant

• Initial professional experience is an advantage
• You are conscientious and have the ability to organise and plan your work according to priorities and conditions
• You are a team player and flexible to serve patients in the best possible way
