• Support with the care and supervision of residents/patients in everyday life
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilisation and nutrition under the guidance of nursing staff
• Carrying out nursing and supervisory tasks according to the competence profile
• Observation of the health status of residents and passing on relevant information to the nursing staff
• Co-responsibility for a appreciative, respectful and empathetic care
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety guidelines
• Assistance with domestic tasks in the care area

• Completed training as an SRK care assistant
• Enjoyment in working with elderly, care-dependent or impaired people
• Empathy, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Physical and mental resilience
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends (depending on area of deployment)
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle
