Your area of responsibility
- Planning, control and implementation of the legally required requirements in the areas of player protection (social concept; SK) and anti-money laundering (GwG)
- Ensuring the required annual reports for the attention of the ESBK in the areas of SK, GwG and security for both distribution channels (online and land-based casino)
- Responsibility for compliance and further development of the internal management system (IMS) according to the ISO 9001 standard (QMS)
- Support in organizing and coordinating the recertification and maintenance audits of the listed ISO standard by SQS
- Responsibility for the implementation, control and further development of the internal control system (IKS)
- Preparation, dispatch and control of notifications, applications and reports to the ESBK in the areas of social concept, money laundering and security
- Preparation, dispatch and control of notifications, applications and reports to authorities (police, public prosecutor's office, etc.)
- Planning and execution of projects in the area of compliance
- Participation in external meetings in the areas of SK and GwG with authorities and expert groups
- Creation and implementation of internal & external training in the areas of SK and GwG
- Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the compliance team
What you bring
- Completed studies (university of applied sciences / university, ideally with a focus on risk management / compliance)
- At least five years of professional experience in compliance in a regulated industry
- Ability to understand complex theoretical issues and reports and to implement their content in practice
- Confident appearance, organizational skills and assertiveness
- Very precise and independent way of working
- Process-oriented personality with an eye for detail
- Reliability, loyalty and discretion
- Recognize risk situations and act in compliance with processes and guidelines
- Strong critical and cooperative skills
- Identification with the objectives, strategies and philosophy of the entire company
- High degree of flexibility and resilience
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
- Minimum age: 18 years
