Production Manager Cheese Dairy Schalchen 80 – 100 %

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the daily production of cheese and other dairy products
• Organisation, planning and coordination of production processes
• Leadership and support of the production team
• Ensuring economical, high-quality and timely production
• Responsibility for quality, hygiene, occupational safety and order in the production area
• Close cooperation with the cheese cellar and management
• Active participation in the optimisation of products and manufacturing processes
• Participation in the planning and implementation of our planned new production facility as well as the future centralisation of the Schalchen and Fehraltorf sites

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a dairy technologist EFZ
• Leadership experience is an advantage or you have the motivation to develop into a leadership role
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively further develop the production area
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for development
• Reliable, clean and careful working style
• Commitment, service orientation and sense of responsibility
• Passion for high-quality cheese specialties
