Education Specialist / Human Resources (40 - 80 %)
We are looking for a position at the Heinrichsbad location starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- Creating agreements and contracts
- Organizing and administratively supporting internal training and courses
- Coordinating trial assignments for interested parties and applicants for training professions
- Planning and conducting internal events and functions
- Administrative support of the HR and education department
Our requirements:
- Completed commercial or equivalent training, preferably with experience in healthcare
- Ideally experience in HR or education
- Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital work tools
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment in coordinating various areas of responsibility
