The tibits family in Aarau is looking for a new member to support the dedicated team from June 2026 or by arrangement, in an 80-100% role (without room duty). 

Your menu:

• Allocation, leadership & coaching of approx. 6 - 8 employees per shift
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for our fresh & delicious dishes
• Active participation in the kitchen at all stations
• Quality assurance at our beautiful buffet
• Responsible for the precise adherence to recipes and implementation of the tibits basics
• Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations
• Ordering and inventory management with Navision
