You support the clinic manager in daily leadership and take over personnel and organisational management in their absence. Optimising processes, taking responsibility for defined areas of tasks, and actively participating in the ward routine are also part of your future responsibilities. Training in the specialist field and leadership is conducted very carefully and in a structured manner.

How to become part of our team
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and have professional experience in oncology and/or acute care
- You have oncology specialist training or are willing to undertake it
