Are you from a technical or construction background and want to take the next step?

You are familiar with construction sites, technical plans or demanding construction projects and want to use your experience more in the office in the future?

For our client, we are looking for a technically skilled person who estimates and prepares projects related to water, gas, district heating and pipeline construction.
You do not need to have many years of experience as an estimator. What matters is your technical understanding, practical experience and interest in learning about estimation and project coordination.

Tasks

• Estimation and processing of public and private tenders
• Preparation of offers for projects in pipeline and infrastructure construction
• Technical and economic review of tenders
• Site and object inspections
• Development of technical variants and optimisation options
• Preparation and handover of new orders to project management
• Collaboration with internal specialists, project managers and clients
• Maintenance and care of existing client contacts

Profile

• Basic technical training, for example in pipeline construction, civil engineering, plant construction, metal construction or building services engineering
• Experience in estimation, AVOR, project coordination or project management is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in construction and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge in the areas of water, gas, district heating or pipeline construction is an advantage but not a must
• Experienced practitioners who want to develop further in estimation and project coordination are also welcome
• Good German language skills
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
