Job Description
Your Role
As an HR Service Specialist, you are the central hub for all administrative HR processes and an important contact for employees and managers.
At the same time, you will be part of a highly motivated team that works in partnership, communicates openly, and tackles tasks together.
Your Focus Areas:
Personnel Administration
- Independent management of all personnel administration as well as coordination with external service providers
- Management and maintenance of electronic personnel files
- Preparation of contracts, agreements, and employment references
- Processing of work and residence permits and ensuring site permits
- Contact person for employees and managers on administrative HR matters
Time Management & Reporting
- Responsibility for time management in the shift model including maintenance and control of working time data in SAP
- Compliance with labour law requirements in the representation of shift models and absences
- Execution of the month-end closing and preparation of working time reports
- Creation of HR statistics and reports
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordination and administration of temporary employees
- Support in processing accident and sickness notifications
- Participation in HR projects as well as organisation of training and courses
- Co-design of occupational health management and promotion of compliance with EHS guidelines
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Commercial training with HR further education (e.g. HR Assistant)
- Experience as an HR Service Specialist, ideally in an industrial company
- Experience with time management systems in shift operations is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, precise, and resilient working style with a high service orientation
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German and good English skills
