Apprenticeships as Childcare Specialist, Zurich
The pop e poppa family service group is a Switzerland-wide network of childcare facilities. pop e poppa is the largest Swiss network in childcare and is an important part of supplementary family care from Geneva to Schaffhausen with daycares, playgroups, and day centers.
Child and family are at the center of our considerations and actions, which is why we accompany, care for, and promote each child individually and consider parental work an important part of everyday life.
The pop e poppa dachspatzen daycare is moving from the Toni Areal to Hardturmstrasse 122/124 and will open its new doors on January 6, 2020. The daycare is located in an urban neighborhood and features new, spacious, and modern rooms explicitly designed to meet the needs of children. There is also a painting studio, a gym room, and a small outdoor play area. It offers about 70 places for children from 3 months to kindergarten entry.
As part of our training offer, we are offering five apprenticeships as of August 1, 2026:

What you bring:
- School leaver, at least 15 years old
- Interest and joy in working with young children aged between 3 months and 6 years
- Flexible and dynamic personality
- Responsible and reliable
- Good manners and resilience
- Team-oriented thinking
- Good German skills and possibly additional language skills are a plus
