Responsibilities:

Exciting tasks await you – in this position you are responsible for the timely execution of chemical production processes with optimal use of production resources. You always meet the requirements of production management. We look forward to your cooperation in the following activities:

• Operation and monitoring of production plants for the manufacture of chemical products
• Independent execution and documentation of chemical and physical processes with critical substances
• Quality responsibility through self-inspection to ensure that the manufactured products meet quality specifications
• Early detection and reporting of disruptions in the production process as well as participation in their resolution
• Setup and adjustment of apparatus at the beginning of production campaigns as well as their final inspection
• Preparation and dosing of raw materials according to work instructions as well as proper labeling and handover of finished products
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in daily operations
• Consistent compliance with regulations, work instructions, as well as quality, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements:

You convince us with this profile – ideally, you have completed training as a chemical technician or chemical and pharmaceutical technologist EFZ and already have some experience in production. If you also meet the following requirements, you fit perfectly into our team:

• Good technical understanding of chemical plants as well as safe handling of hazardous substances
• Basic PC skills, especially in handling MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are indispensable for this position
• Precise and reliable working method combined with a quick grasp
• Experience in shift work and willingness to work in a 2-shift model
• Teamwork, initiative, and resilience complete your profile
