As the deputy team leader on our development ward in Aarwangen, you will co-lead, take responsibility, and help shape the nursing of tomorrow with us. Here, nursing, education, and innovation come together. Currently, we support 14 trainees and jointly develop new forms of nursing practice. We promote people, develop talents, and create quality of life for our residents.

Deputy Team Leader Development Ward Aarwangen

• You co-lead: Support the team leader in leading and developing the team and act as deputy.
• You are in the thick of it: In daily responsibility, you act, among other things, as a contact person for residents, relatives, and the team.
• You help develop: Actively develop the team and the ward (28 residents) and contribute your ideas.
• You make training tangible: Design and accompany the training of future professionals.
• You question and improve: Rethink processes; work interdisciplinarily and further develop nursing and care.
• You take initiative: Take initiative, communicate transparently, and implement your ideas with us.

• A completed training as a FaGe or nursing specialist HF/FH.
• First leadership experience or interest in learning leadership and taking on responsibility.
• SVEB certificate trainer, InterRAi LTCF and/or PEP knowledge advantageous.
• Enjoyment of a person-centred nursing and care daily routine.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and participative attitude.
• Emotional maturity, sense of responsibility, and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations.
• Open, clear, and appreciative communication at eye level.
