Planning, organizing, and executing corporate events from 5 to 300 people at our locations Kraftwerk, Colab, and Viadukt
You take your first steps as a location manager and are responsible for all events and processes for the Viadukt location
Sales, consulting, and support of our customers - personally, in writing, and by phone
You create offers, function sheets, and invoices
Coordination and communication with external service providers as well as internal interfaces – you keep all threads in your hands
You proactively lead projects for our constantly evolving offerings
What you bring:
Current or recently completed studies in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, event management, business administration, or similar – with the desire to gain first practical experiences
Organizational and sales talent, project management, first experiences in event management
Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for practical experience
You are articulate, convincing, and proactive in dealing with others
You master German and English, both spoken and written
You have an entrepreneurial, cooperative, and sustainable worldview
