Educator and delegated training coordinator (m/f), 80 %
Your passion: Loving care: You provide children with security, are their trusted person, and recognize their individual needs.
Training of learners: As the delegated training coordinator, you coordinate the basic training in our Kita 6a BGF. You support the trainers in the education of our learners and interns, conduct learning meetings, and participate in the selection process of a total of five learners and interns. Additionally, you are directly responsible for the guidance of four learners.
Teamwork: You strengthen team cohesion, support your colleagues in everyday life as an educator, and contribute to a harmonious, appreciative work atmosphere.
Your profile
Education & experience:
You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and bring at least two years of professional experience. The trainer course is also part of your profile, as well as practical experience in guiding learners.
Guidance skills: You are interested in training topics and recognize the value of professional guidance and support for learners and interns.
Role model: You are aware of your role model function – both towards the children and towards the learners and interns – and take on this role with commitment and responsibility.
Team ability: You enjoy working in a team and are a reliable and supportive personality for your colleagues.
