The Humanitas AG nursing home in Riehen offers elderly, demented and multi-morbid patients a secure home. Based on our care philosophy, we ensure professional nursing. For the operational and strategic management of our nursing service, we are looking for an experienced leader.

YOUR MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership & Organisation: Overall management, planning and coordination of the Care and Nursing department.
• Quality Responsibility: Ensuring nursing quality and further development of nursing processes, guidelines and standards.
• Coaching & Support: Professional coaching of employees in everyday as well as complex care situations.
• Process & Deployment Planning: Overall responsibility for deployment planning (PEP) and management of the grade/skill mix.
• RAI-NH & Documentation: Responsibility for performance recording according to RAI as well as seamless nursing documentation.
• Interface & Contact Person: Contact person for residents, relatives, teams, doctors and external partners.
• Business Management Control: Participation in the budgeting process, controlling the cost centre and managing the staffing plan.

YOUR PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Requirements

• Qualified nurse (HF/FH).
• Course as department head.
• Solid leadership training & practical experience.
• Expertise in gerontopsychiatry (dementia) & pharmacology.
• Sound knowledge of the RAI-NH classification system.
• Experience in process design, quality & IT.
