Skills
- Must have a CH medical diploma or MEBEKO registration; psychotherapeutic training is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and social competence.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.

Profile
- Swiss medical diploma or, for foreign diplomas, registration in the MEBEKO register
- Started or planned psychotherapeutic training in one of the approved methods (psychoanalytic, systemic or cognitive-behavioural therapy)
- Interest and motivation to work with mentally ill people with the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders
- Previous inpatient experience in the psychiatric field
- Ability to work independently and reflectively as a doctor in an interprofessional team
- Team spirit, social skills, humour and resilience
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
