About the job

The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and the five senior centres. For Spitex City of Winterthur we are looking for a committed individual from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Ensuring quality assurance as well as the implementation or application of evidence-based expertise and concepts for quality development

Analysing complex care and support situations

Ensuring the nursing process for our clients (with case responsibility)

Deputising for the team leader during their absence

Participation in working groups or projects

Your Profile

Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Spitex

Additional training (e.g. Palliative Care) desirable

Confident use of IT programmes (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)

Mobile by bike and in possession of a driving licence
