Head of Strategic Projects of the Public Prosecutor's Office (Staff Unit) (m/f/d)
from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement- Management of strategic projects and working groups of the Public Prosecutor's Office
- Establishment and coordination of internal organisational knowledge transfer (knowledge platform)
- Implementation of the strategic personnel development of the Public Prosecutor's Office
- Management of training and further education of the Public Prosecutor's Office
- Organisational development of the Public Prosecutor's Office: Harmonisation of functions and processes of the individual investigative offices within the overall organisation
- Further development of best practices in criminal procedure management in cooperation with the Conference of Public Prosecutors
- Degree in law or another functionally related field of study, preferably with experience in criminal prosecution
- You bring experience in project organisation
- You are organised, communicative, and think in networks
- A high level of service orientation, sense of responsibility, and discretion are natural to you
