Responsibilities
Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support
Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily living activities
Perform delegated care and medical-technical acts related to your level of competence
Participate in the choices, setup, and facilitation of leisure and relaxation activities
Work in an interdisciplinary manner to develop educational strategies adapted to the needs of the residents
Encourage the integration of the resident's family and close ones in the development and monitoring of their individual project; actively collaborate with internal and external networks
Ensure administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team
Desired Profile
Degree in social education ES – HES or CFC of ASE
Significant experience in the field of mental disabilities and/or psychiatry
Interest in individualized support and regular coordination of collective activities
Strong motivation for developing new educational actions and interest in diversifying skills
Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability
Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
Category B driving license required
