Your area of responsibility
In this varied role, you are the competent and friendly contact person for our customers – mostly construction professionals. Your main task includes creating orders and cash sales directly on-site at our sales counter. In addition, you support our customers by providing technical information and mediation. You actively participate in the implementation of sales activities and are responsible for the design and maintenance of the sales shop. You are also responsible for the practical training of our retail apprentices and accompany them during their training.
Your profile
You appreciate the personalities of the construction industry and feel comfortable in a construction-related environment. You have successfully completed a vocational training EFZ and ideally have practical and administrative experience in internal sales / shop sales. Existing knowledge or an affinity for building materials and tools is desired and will facilitate your entry. We are looking for a winning, service-oriented, and motivated person. You enjoy contact with people and possess a high degree of independence and resilience. Good PC user skills (MS Office, ERP, CRM) are indispensable. Together with your team colleagues, you put joint success first and are also a pleasant contact person within the company.
