To strengthen our team in the AI & Operations area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Senior Project Manager, 80-100%, at the Basel Headquarters location from 01.07.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for automation initiatives from potential identification through structuring to implementation with clear result control.
- You act as an Execution Leader: You ensure measurable results through concepts and take responsibility for realised efficiency improvements.
- You evaluate initiatives in terms of business impact and select appropriate technological solution approaches in the context of the respective use case.
- You establish a lean project setup with milestones, risks and dependencies and ensure transparency as well as complete documentation.
- You coordinate closely with business, IT and external partners, manage the implementation and ensure the handover to operations.
- You set clear expectations for results and speed, make decisions, demand results and maintain the course even against resistance.
- You promote a solution-oriented project working style and are a role model in ownership, pragmatism and result orientation.
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable field as well as 7–10 years of experience in project-/transformation-related roles (ideally: consulting, performance programmes, startups or highly result-oriented environments).
- You have proven implementation successes in efficiency and automation programmes; you work confidently with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and understand workflow, RPA, AI/ML and integrations.
- You think analytically and have a strong focus on results and impact: you measure success by realised effects.
- You take ownership end-to-end – no handover after the concept phase.
- You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality: pragmatic approach, going into implementation yourself and closing gaps.
- You think entrepreneurially: identify efficiency levers and consistently question processes in terms of impact.
- You are strong in implementation in complex organisations; you have a high tolerance for friction and actively manage tensions.
- You are motivated by impact: you are driven to realise visible changes and deliver concrete results.
- You speak fluent German and/or English; French is an advantage.
