Head of Housekeeping

Your Tasks

Professional, personnel and organizational management of housekeeping including cleaning and laundry (resident laundry)
Efficient, professional organization of processes in housekeeping
Guidance and supervision of the employees in the department
Conducting team meetings, internal reports and training sessions
Personnel deployment planning and time tracking of the team
Responsibility in vocational training of apprentices in housekeeping EFZ and EBA
Organization and participation in the professional cleaning of public areas, senior apartments, and the care department
Responsible for the proper compliance with hygiene regulations and processes

What You Bring

Completed training (EFZ) as a specialist in housekeeping / hotel housekeeping or comparable
Professional and leadership experience (preferably from nursing homes, hospitals, or similar)
Service- and team-oriented personality with high social competence
Empathy and flair in dealing with elderly people
Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
Good IT skills (MS Office)
German language skills, spoken and written
