Your Tasks
- You will professionally and personally lead around 90 employees and ensure a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
- You recruit, lead, plan and develop the staff in the care and support area
- Your team also cares for our residents in assisted living with home care services
- As an empathetic contact person for residents and relatives, you organise and coordinate the daily business for an optimal care process
- You conduct reports, team meetings and internal training sessions
- You ensure quality development and economic efficiency within personnel and financial guidelines
- You share responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic targets
Your Profile
- A completed education as a nursing professional at tertiary level and business management training with solid leadership experience
- High professional, social and leadership competence
- You enjoy working process- and goal-oriented
- Empathetic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Stable, loyal personality with life experience
- Entrepreneurial, responsible and networked thinking and acting
- Strong resilience and very good communication skills
- Sound knowledge of RAI NH / RAI HC and IT skills
