Your tasks
- Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact as well as first point of contact for professional and technical questions
- Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the building
- Awarding, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality standards
- Performing maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
- Availability for on-call duties as part of first intervention
- Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned machines, equipment and maintenance materials
- Coordination and control of deployments of third-party companies for technical maintenance
- Ensuring a positive environment on the premises as well as maintenance of communal areas
- Direct contact with customers, subtenants and other contacts on site
- First point of contact for all matters concerning technical building management
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ is an advantage
- Assertiveness, high social competence and pronounced communication skills
- Responsible handling of people from different cultures, especially refugees
- Independent, efficient and reliable working style
- Experience in ensuring caretaking work according to customer requirements
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
- An impeccable reputation is a prerequisite
- Driving licence category B
