About the job
At the Binz location, we offer two forms of accommodation for 24 people with cognitive, physical and partly psychological impairments. In the fully supervised residential group Berg & Tal, people live who require care and support in everyday life to maintain and further develop their ability to act. In the partially supervised residential group See, people live who are able to organise everyday life, leisure and holidays largely independently. <ul> <li>You enjoy working in a team but can also take on responsible and independent areas of activity</li> <li>You appreciate the meaningfulness of a social professional environment and are willing to engage on an equal footing with the issues and needs of people with impairments, with a professional understanding of your role being a matter of course for you</li> <li>Your flexible, reflective and humourful way of working allows you to respond thoughtfully, effectively and calmly even in unforeseen and challenging situations</li> <li>You are keen to contribute and willing to help continuously develop and optimise the residential offer</li> </ul>
Your Profile
<ul> <li>Completed training as a social pedagogue HF or psychiatric nursing specialist HF</li> <li>You bring several years of professional experience in social pedagogical or care work with young people and adults with complex support needs (e.g. challenging behaviour, mental illnesses, autism spectrum disorders)</li> <li>You value reflective and supportive exchange within the team</li> <li>You feel confident in writing relevant progress reports with clear structure and coherent argumentation and responsibly take on key worker duties and support planning</li> <li>You have the ability to think and act in a networked and holistic manner</li> <li>You have good PC user skills in programmes such as MS Office, Limsophy (client system) and others</li> <li>Flexibility for irregular working hours and weekend duties</li> <li>Ideally, you hold a category B driving licence</li> </ul>
