- Introduction to the diverse tasks of the Building Inspectorate and learning the craft as a process manager in building permit procedures
- Content-related and professional collaboration in building permit procedures, preliminary inquiry procedures, and building police cases
- Independent handling of simple building permit procedures, preliminary inquiry procedures, and building police cases
- Support and collaboration in the preparation of reports, applications, and orders
- Support of the process managers in administrative tasks
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) in an administration or an administration-related company or basic construction training with commercial experience
- Willingness to continue training as a building permit procedure clerk as well as interest and motivation to develop into a building administrator
- First professional experience and a flair for expressing yourself well in German (spoken and written)
- Open and committed personality with a high service orientation
- Independent and precise way of working
- A respectful, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere
- Compatibility of work and private life: annual working hours, part-time work, care days, and home office depending on function
