About the job
The professional guardianship is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance according to the Social Assistance Act (excluding economic social assistance). From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, you will learn to manage guardianships for adults over at least 3 years.Your Tasks
- Advise clients on personal, financial, administrative and legal matters and represent them under delegation from the mandate holders
- Build sustainable relationships with clients involving their environment
- Collaborate with involved professionals and institutions
- Prepare reports and applications for the Child and Adult Protection Authority KESB
- Administration and individual case documentation
Your Profile
- Admission for a part-time degree in Social Work at a University of Applied Sciences
- Interest in statutory social work with compulsory clients
- Experience in commercial, social insurance law or psychiatric fields is an advantage
- Eager to learn, resilient and a team player with communication strengths and a good sense of humour
