What to expect with us:
Leadership of the IT team (6 employees / 2-3 apprentices)
Responsibility for the training and support of IT apprentices
Responsibility for a secure and reliable IT infrastructure at 4 locations
Development and implementation of IT strategy and IT policies
Management and further development of the interface between SAP, databases and production systems
Planning and management of IT, digitalisation and migration projects
Ensuring and further development of data protection policies and cybersecurity standards
Collaboration with internal departments and external IT partners
Planning and control of the IT budget
What you bring with you:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of leadership and professional experience in the IT environment
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network technologies, SAP systems and cloud technologies
Sound knowledge in the areas of IT security, IT policies and data protection
Experience in leading and implementing IT projects
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to support in urgent IT disruptions outside regular working hours

Decisive, resilient and responsible personality
