The municipalities of Rüti and Bubikon are pooling their cultural work and creating a joint position. For this, we are looking for an open, proactive personality who enjoys working in a network, contributes their own ideas and helps to shape a diverse cultural offering together with the two municipalities.
Cultural Officer 40 %
- Design and coordination of the annual cultural programme in Rüti and Bubikon together with the respective cultural commissions
- Implementation of own ideas, in close cooperation with the cultural commissions, cultural creators, associations, etc.
- Planning and organisation of cultural events – from the initial idea to execution
- Organisational, administrative and financial tasks related to cultural work (budgeting, contract management, sponsorship, subsidy management, accounting, etc.)
- Communication and public relations to make the cultural offerings visible
- Maintaining regional networks and connecting the cultural work of the two municipalities
- Suitable training and experience in the cultural sector, event management or a comparable field
- Knowledge of the cultural landscape and interest in bringing different people together
- Organisational skills to keep an overview even with several ongoing projects
- Enjoyment of communication and networking work to engage different stakeholders for joint projects
