Your Tasks
- Support of the professional, organisational and personnel management of the internal medicine ward
- Participation in personnel planning, deployment control and development of the nursing team
- Ensuring high-quality nursing care for patients in internal medicine and gastroenterology
- Support in the further development of nursing quality and optimisation of ward processes
- Promotion of a positive team culture and participation in staff development
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical service and therapeutic professional groups
- Co-responsibility for an economical and structured ward organisation
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse or health and nursing professional
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to undertake this
- Ideally professional experience in internal medicine or gastroenterology
- Leadership skills, organisational strength and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
