Project & Construction Manager Retail Fit-Out

What awaits you

• Management and realisation of demanding projects in retail fit-out and interior construction
• Complete project management from needs analysis through preparation of tender documents to successful key handovers
• On-site construction management (coordination of trades, inspections, checking occupational safety, etc.)
• Close collaboration with renowned brands and coordination of all parties involved
• Varied activities both in the office and on the construction site

What you bring with you

• Basic craft training
• Ideally a degree in interior architecture or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in construction, ideally in retail fit-out
• Practical experience on construction sites, ideally as a construction manager
• Organisational skills, strong communication, and an eye for detail
• Independent working style and ability to work in a team
