Overall Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Role:
In this key role, you take the lead on demanding building services projects and ensure smooth execution from planning to implementation. You keep the big picture in mind, develop innovative solutions, and lead interdisciplinary teams to success.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of cross-trade project teams in complex building services projects from design to realisation
Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets as well as active control of all involved trades
Development of intelligent and sustainable technical concepts considering technical and economic requirements
Competent advice to clients and solution-oriented communication
Central coordination of all project participants for a smooth project process
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner EFZ with further education as technician HF or engineer FH building services & energy
Several years of experience in leading complex HVAC projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration technology)
Strong assertiveness, solution-oriented thinking and focus on essentials
Decisiveness and structured communication, even in dynamic situations
High level of responsibility and team spirit
