Job Description
Are you ready to shift up a gear? Our sales team is growing twofold!
From 1 January 2027, we are looking for two additional Account Managers – one for North-East Switzerland and one for Central Switzerland. Please only apply for the position that best fits your region and network.
Your tasks:
- Revenue & territory responsibility: You manage your own sales territory, look after existing customers and develop new potentials.
- Growth: You acquire new customers and further develop existing partnerships. With your advisory competence at eye level, you build trust, recognise opportunities and support car dealers and garages in successfully developing their business.
- Success guarantor: You present our digital product innovations and independently implement targeted marketing and customer retention measures.
- Data-driven sales: You use market analyses, standing time data and user statistics from our platform to strategically advise your customers and demonstrate the measurable success of their advertisements.
Qualifications
You bring the following:
- Industry knowledge: Several years of sales experience in the Swiss automotive industry as well as a strong, existing network in the regional car trade.
- Local anchoring: You are well connected in your focus region – North-East Switzerland – understand the needs of car dealers and garages and know the dynamics of the regional automotive market.
- Education & experience: You have completed vocational training, further training in sales and solid experience in field sales. Ideally, you also have knowledge in digital marketing and a good understanding of digital business models.
- Personality: You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently and convincingly, and approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Even in demanding customer situations, you remain composed and consistently work towards joint solutions.
- Languages & mobility: You have fluent German skills; any additional national language is an advantage. You also hold a category B driving licence and have a high willingness to travel within your region.
