STEP Production Assistant
  • As a production assistant, you contribute with other production staff to the success of CIMO by ensuring the proper functioning of the wastewater treatment plant in support of the operational manager
  • Support the operational manager in monitoring the operation of the facilities
  • Monitor and contribute to achieving performance objectives (sector KPIs)
  • Manage and coordinate logistical flows using the SAP software (raw materials, technical equipment, waste, ...)
  • Contribute to staff training
  • Ensure the follow-up of documents necessary for operation (e.g. operating procedures, initial states, RI, etc.)
  • Collaborate with support functions to maintain and improve production tools (Projects, MODAM, safety review, commissioning, ...)
  • Ensure coordination and follow-up of corrective and preventive maintenance in collaboration with the operational maintenance sector
  • Participate in optimising the facilities by proposing improvements
  • Report observed or foreseeable discrepancies and actively participate in their elimination
  • A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field or related to chemistry
  • A federal certificate as a wastewater treatment plant operator or willingness to undertake this training
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in water treatment or industrial production
  • Good command of IT tools and an interest and ability to keep up with technological developments in water treatment
  • A sense of responsibility, stress resistance and ease in interpersonal relations
