Gardener – Foreman with Team Leadership and Project Responsibility

Tasks

Plan, prepare and professionally implement horticultural projects
Lead, coordinate and support employees in daily work
Create construction quotes and accompany customers through all project phases
Depending on experience, contribute to the design and planning of facilities

Requirements

Training as a landscape gardener EFZ with professional examination or comparable further education
Experience in construction execution, work preparation and team leadership
In-depth ecological expertise and enthusiasm for nature-oriented horticulture
Driving licence category B and BE as well as interest in various craft areas
