Project Manager Heating/Cooling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the comprehensive project management in the field of heating and cooling with a focus on service, maintenance and minor conversions. You will independently manage small and medium-sized projects from technical survey through calculation and acquisition to execution and acceptance. In doing so, you combine sound HVAC expertise with quotation management, project control and technical customer consulting. The client base includes private property owners, property management companies as well as clients from commerce and services.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive project management of small and medium-sized projects in the field of heating and cooling
Independent management of projects from survey to acceptance and handover
Technical survey of existing heating, cooling and building technology systems on site
Development of technical solutions for service, maintenance, replacement and conversion projects
Preparation of calculations, quotations and supplements as well as support in order acquisition
Planning and coordination of installation, conversion and renovation work in single-family homes, multi-family homes as well as office and commercial buildings
Management of costs, deadlines, quality and resources within the projects
Coordination of service technicians, fitters, suppliers and external partners
Technical advice and support for private customers, property management companies and commercial clients
Building and maintaining long-term customer and supplier relationships
Organisation and support of commissioning, acceptance and defect rectification
Technical assessment of existing systems regarding operational safety, energy efficiency and modernisation potential
Qualifications:
Training as a building services planner heating EFZ or comparable building services qualification
Several years of professional experience in heating and cooling, especially in the area of service, maintenance and replacement of existing systems
Experience in independently handling new build, conversion and renovation projects in the small and medium project segment
Sound knowledge in calculation, quotation management, project execution and technical customer consulting
Good knowledge of current heating, cooling and energy systems as well as relevant Swiss regulations
Experience in acquisition and support of existing customers is an advantage
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
