You are responsible for building technology on various mandates in Zurich and the contact person for our customer in the field of building technology. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Technical responsibility in building technology and maintenance
• Operation and supervision of all building services systems (HVACSE)
• Fault analysis and initiation of appropriate measures to rectify faults
• Monitoring and carrying out maintenance/inspections according to maintenance planning
• Accompanying and supervising external service providers
• Consulting the property owners in all technical trades
• Administrative handling of daily business
• Repair work on building services infrastructure
• Planning, organisation and implementation of projects in the field of building technology
• Optimisation of building operating costs with innovative ideas
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with your service-oriented manner
• On-call duty

• Technical basic training in the field of HVACS or electrical
• Several years of professional experience in the technical area of building operations
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Further training as SiBe fire protection is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding of complex electronic and mechanical systems
• Experience in operating building management systems
• Driving licence category B
• Good IT user skills
• Team player
• Well-groomed appearance
