Start your career with our Trainee ProgrammeFor 18 to 24 months, we offer committed young talents a comprehensive insight into the entire value chain of meat products and fresh meat production. The focus of the trainee programme is on the areas of sales and product management. In addition to production, further assignments are tailored to your interests and the current needs of the company. This way, you get to know various company departments and gradually take on responsibility.
You will go through several stations at our locations in Gossau, St. Gallen and Bazenheid and work closely with experienced employees.
The assignments are structured and enable you to understand the interrelationships along the entire value chain and to contribute across departments. With a programme individually tailored to you, we prepare you optimally for a future specialist or leadership role in our company.

These tasks will inspire you
- Supporting product management in the implementation of product launches
- Assisting in the implementation of product and assortment concepts
- Analysing sales, turnover and assortment data and supporting report creation
- Assisting in developing marketing and sales promotion concepts
- Contributing to customer projects and annual meetings
- Active participation in the production of meat products and fresh meat
- Supporting cross-departmental projects and process optimisations
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training in the food industry
- Initial professional experience in sales or an administrative role is an advantage
- Willingness for further education, e.g. BP, HF, FH or similar (either in training or already completed)
- Great interest in trade and business management contexts
- Analytical thinking and initiative
- Willingness to continuously develop
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
- Good MS Office skills / SAP knowledge is an advantage
