About the job

HELP Media AG has been operating leading Swiss online platforms and directories for over 25 years. We have large, structured data sets as well as numerous editorial and technical processes.

These are to be specifically connected, automated, and optimized with AI.

For this project, we are looking for an intern who not only understands AI but also applies and implements it concretely.

Your tasks

Your tasks include:

• Analysis of existing processes at help.ch and partner portals
• Identification of automation and AI potentials
• Connecting AI systems to existing workflows
• Building and maintaining AI interfaces
• Support with prompt engineering, data preparation, and testing
• Documentation of AI workflows and processes
• Close collaboration with management and IT

Your profile

• Ongoing or completed studies (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Media, or comparable)
• Very good technical understanding
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process optimization
• Experience with AI tools and APIs is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working
• Pragmatist mindset: try, implement, improve
