For our internal ICT support at the Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
Tasks
In the field of System Engineering
- Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware, software, networks and ICT platforms
- Analysing and resolving faults as well as maintaining technical documentation
- Participating in evaluations, migrations and implementation of ICT projects
In the field of Vocational Training
- Accompanying, supporting and training apprentices with and without IV support
- Creating individual training plans and defining learning objectives according to the curriculum, INSOS-PrA or internal competency grids
- Teaching ICT basics as well as assessing and documenting professional development
- Organising deployment, rotation, semester and annual planning
- Cooperating with IV offices, vocational training authorities, job coaches and partner companies
- Supporting apprentices in the transition to the first or second labour market
Profile
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ, preferably in system technology, or equivalent expertise and practical experience in the ICT environment
- At least four years of practical experience in system technology
- Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in training and individually supporting apprentices with different backgrounds as well as the ability to convey ICT knowledge clearly and practically
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with strong service orientation and teamwork skills
- Good oral and written German skills
