Metalworker for Technical Maintenance with a Focus on Building Services Engineering

• Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of lifts, gates, loading and docking systems as well as HVAC infrastructures
• Ensuring uninterrupted and safe operation by analysing and eliminating technical faults
• Planning, organising and implementing technical improvements and optimisations
• Supporting new installations and commissioning of technical systems
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers

• Completed apprenticeship as a metalworker or equivalent technical training
• Several years of experience in building services engineering, maintenance or technical support, ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in the role
• Independent, responsible and reliable working style
• Strong resilience and team orientation
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and interest in professional development
