As a Project Coordinator, you are the central hub of our projects. You ensure that numbers, processes, and communication mesh together and support the project managers in implementing projects transparently, efficiently, and successfully.

You work independently, recognize optimization potentials early, and actively contribute to the project activities with high motivation and initiative. Taking responsibility motivates you; you want not only to accompany but also to help shape.

Your main tasks: varied and impactful

- You manage projects financially and in terms of scheduling and ensure that budgets and milestones are met.
- You operationally accompany our project managers throughout the entire project cycle from order to successful completion.
- You make numbers tangible: with clear reporting and analyses, you create transparency and well-founded decision-making bases.
- You are the central interface between suppliers, accounting, and internal teams, keeping all threads together.
- You actively drive project controlling forward, from monthly closings to accruals to result analyses.
- You question existing processes, bring in your own ideas, and continuously develop processes and tools.

Your profile:

- A commercial or equivalent basic education
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a project environment
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- A reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Technical understanding in the field of building technology is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and English are a plus
